On December 11, 2007, Brevard County entered into a Stipulated Settlement Agreement with the City of Cocoa, as well as Florida Space Needle, LLC, and Barrera Shores, LLC ("Developments") regarding the development of a 267 +/- acre parcel. The Board action also approved legislative intent and permission to advertise an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 94-06.
