Summary Explanation and Background:
The subject property is located in Section 09, Township 28 South, Range 37 East, on the east side of Dairy Road in Melbourne.
First Baptist Church, Inc., owner, has obtained Right of Way/Easement permit number 21RW00120 from the County for the improvements within Dairy Road for the project known as First Baptist Church of Melbourne, which includes design and construction of a new sanctuary and other site improvements such as a parking lot. In accordance with County code and standards, the owner has agreed to donate the attached warranty deed for right of way, for required turn lane as a condition of the permit.
The User Department approves this request.
This acquisition follows the policies and procedures as set forth in Administrative Order 37.
