Summary Explanation and Background:
On August 25th, 2020, the Board unanimously approved authorizing a constituent request for a Temporary Use and Right of Entry Agreement for conservation falconry activities at the South Beaches Wastewater Treatment Plant, located in District 3, for a period of one year.
Staff has given no negative feedback on this arrangement, and the conservation activities have reportedly been successful. As such, it is requested that the Board consider approving the attached agreement, developed by the County Attorney’s Office, for a five-year agreement.
