Summary Explanation and Background:
Brevard County entered into an Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc., on October 24, 2017 for Engineering and Consulting Services, for work relating to the design, permitting and other engineering services for Utilities Services associated with water and waste water treatment collection, distribution, transmission, disposal, design, permitting, construction, maintenance, modeling, etc. and other water and wastewater related engineering projects as well as general utility management and supporting services.
Brevard County received notification from CHA Consulting, Inc., that CHA Consulting, Inc., had acquired Reiss Engineering, Inc., on February 1, 2021. CHA Consulting, Inc., has requested an assignment of the Agreement. Utilities Services does not object to this request by CHA, Inc.
