Summary Explanation and Background:
The subject property is located in Section 33, Township 25 South, Range 36 East, on the east side of Stadium Parkway and south of Lake Andrew Drive.
The Viera Company is planning a commercial development in an area known as The Viera Boulevard Commercial Center 1, Phase 1. On the plat for this development, as recorded in Plat Book 67, Page 46, Tract D was dedicated to Brevard County as a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station. An additional three feet of area is needed to accommodate the foundation of the antenna tower that was constructed slightly outside of the lift station parcel.
The User Department approves this request.
This acquisition follows the policies and procedures as set forth in Administrative Order 37.
