Recommendation
It is requested the Board of County Commissioners approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Local Agency Program Supplemental Agreement No. 1 and Resolution for the St. Johns Heritage Parkway Corridor Planning Study from Malabar Road to Babcock Street with the State of Florida Department of Transportation (F.D.O.T.). It is further requested the Board approve any necessary Budget Change Requests associated with this action.

Summary Explanation and Background:
The original Local Agency Program Agreement for the St. Johns Heritage Parkway Corridor Planning Study was entered into and executed on December 2, 2019 by the Board of County Commissioners and the F.D.O.T. in the amount of $1,000,000. Supplemental Agreement No. 1 will add $81,279 in grant funds for the study. Total federal funding for the project is now $1,081,279 which will be utilized by the County for the cost of the consultant services to perform the study. The County will not incur any costs for the St. Johns Heritage Parkway Corridor Planning Study. In accordance with Administrative Order 29, Supplemental Agreement No. 1 has been reviewed by the County Attorney and Risk Management.
