It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners approve of the acceptance of the above mentioned State Revolving Fund (SRF) and grant the County Manager authority to execute contracts, contract amendments, and any contract extensions, BCRs, change orders, and any documents or other administrative actions related to the FDEP SRF for the South Beaches: Wastewater Treatment Facility to Advanced Wastewater Treatment (AWT) Conversion - 6 MGD Treatment Train upon approval from the County Attorney's Office, Risk Management and Purchasing Services.
