Vincent D. and Mary E. Pinto request three variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62-2018(d)(2) to allow 7.5 ft. from the 7.5 ft. side (west) setback required for a boat dock; 2.) Section 62-2018(d)(2) to allow 7.5 ft. from the 7.5 ft. side (east) setback required for a boat dock; and 3.) Section 62-2118(d)(5) to allow 300 sq. ft. over the 400 sq. ft. deck/dock area permitted in an RU-1-11 zoning classification. The property is 0.19 acres, located on the north side of Sandpiper Dr., 520 ft. west of Ibis Ln. (427 Sandpiper Dr, Satellite Beach)
