Breanna D. Marks requests variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows, 1.) Section 62-1920(4) and Section 62-1405(6)(a), to permit a variance of 3 ft. from the required 20 ft. front setback; and 2.) Section 62-1920(4) to permit a variance of 10 ft. from the required 15 ft. spacing for an accessory structure in a TRC-1 (Single Family Mobile Home Cooperative) zoning classification. The parcel subject to variance is 0.16 acres, located on the northeast corner of Jane Dr. and Lake Superior Dr. (610 Jane Dr., Cocoa)
