It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners acknowledge receipt of the City of Titusville's FY 2026 Community Redevelopment Agency’s Budget Amendment that reallocated $160,310 within the Community Redevelopment Agency to a project within the Agency.

Summary Explanation and Background:
Pursuant to Section 163.387(6)(b), Florida Statutes, a Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) created by a city must submit the amendments to its annual budget to the Board of County Commissioners. On February 9, 2026, the County received a budget amendment approved by the Titusville City Council for its Community Redevelopment Agency, transferring funds as follows for the Broad Street Streetscape project:
1. Transferring funds from Space View Pier of ($65,847)
2. Transferring funds from restricted reserves of ($94,463)
3. Transferring funds to the Broad Street Streetscape project of $160,310
