Summary Explanation and Background:
On June 10, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Board tabled the request for rezoning as the applicant failed to appear. The rezoning request now must be re-advertised and must be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board prior to further County Commission action other than the requested action to table.
