Laughing Clown, LLC (Clayton Bennett) requests two variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62-1481(5)(a)(3)(a) to allow 2.8 ft. from the required 15 ft. side (south) setback for a principal structure; and 2.) Section 1481(5)(a)(3)(a) to allow 4.5 ft. from the required 15 ft. side (north) setback for an accessory structure in a proposed BU-1-A zoning classification, the parcel is currently zoned RP zoning classification. The property is 0.63 acres, located on the west side of Minton Rd., approximately 130 ft. south of Sharon Dr. (4030 Minton Rd, Melbourne)
