David T. Williams and Jessica Williams (John Canarie) request two variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows, 1.) Section 62-1339(5)(a) to allow 1.0 ft from the required 10 ft side (north) setback for the principal structure; and 2.) Section 62-1339(5)(b) to allow 5.5 ft from the required 10 ft side (north) setback for an accessory building in an EU (Estate Use Residential) zoning classification. The property is 1.34 acres, located on the west side of S. Tropical Trail, 310 ft. north of Moore Ave. (725 & 735 S. Tropical Trail, Merritt Island)
