Section 62-2118(d)(2) to allow 6.7 ft. from the required 7.5 ft. notherly side property line setback, as projected in a straight line into the waterway; and 2.) Section 62-2118(d)(3) to allow 8 ft. over the 20% waterway width (22 ft.) for the projection of a dock in an EU-2 zoning classification.
