Susanne K. Cook, Trustee requests two variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62-1340(5)(b) to allow 5.5 ft. from the required side setback for an accessory structure; and 2) Section 62-1340(5)(b) to allow 5 ft. from the required 5 ft. separation between the principal structure and accessory structure in a RU-1-13 (Single-Family Residential) zoning classification. The property is 0.6 acres located on the east side of N. Banana River Dr., 475 ft. south of Coquina Dr. and 585 ft. north of Bermuda Ave. (1270 N. Banana River Dr., Merritt Island)
