It is requested that the Board remove Ms. Sandra Sullivan from the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC).

Summary Explanation and Background:
On July 22, 2025, the Board appointed Ms. Sandra Sullivan to the AHAC as a representative actively engaged in the real estate profession. Pursuant to Section 90-71, Brevard County Code of Ordinances, the members of the AHAC are appointed by the Board in its entirety as at-large appointments.
Section 2-213, Brevard County Code of Ordinances, provides that for at-large appointments, the board may remove an appointee with or without cause by a simple majority. If Ms. Sullivan is removed, as the appointing authority of the AHAC, the Board may appoint an individual to complete the remainder of her vacated term at a future meeting.
