Anita J. McCalmont requests a variance of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code, as follows: 1.) Section 62-2100.5(d) to permit a variance of 604 sq. ft. over 696 sq. ft. maximum allotment for an accessory structure, in an RU-1-9 zoning classification. The property is 0.35 acres, located on the north side of Highway 520, approximately 437 ft. east of Pearl St. (5228 Highway 520, Cocoa)
