Dale O’Connor and Patricia Rivera (Monica Pritchard) request three variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62-1341(5)(b) to allow 5 ft. from the 7.5 ft. side (north) setback for an accessory structure; 2.) Section 62-1341(5)(b) to allow 1.5 ft. from the rear 7.5 ft. setback for an accessory structure; and 3.) Section 62-2109(a) to allow 2 ft. over the 6 ft. height limit for a fence in an RU-1-9 zoning classification. The property is 0.25 acres, located on the east side of Miraflores Ave., 180 ft. south of Delespine Rd. (6665 Miraflores Ave, Cocoa)
