It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners acknowledge receipt of the FY 2024-25 Community Redevelopment Agencies' Annual Reports, along with their Audit Reports.

Summary Explanation and Background:
Pursuant to Section 163.371(2), Florida Statutes, Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRAs) must file an annual report with the Board of County Commissioners to include a report on the audit of the financial statements by an independent auditor. The County has received annual reports from all CRAs within Brevard County, with the exception of the City of Rockledge, for the period ending September 30, 2025, along with their most recent audit report on the financial statements.
