It is requested that the Board approve the cost of advertising for, and the scheduling of a special meeting for a private attorney-client session on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at noon, or at the end of the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, whichever comes first, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing litigation strategy and settlement negotiations in the case of Paul Bross, as successor in interest to (Eric and Amanda Obloy, Bambino Land Trust dated 6-19-19) v. Brevard County, Florida, Case Number 05-2019-CA-035542-XXXX-XX.

The County Attorney is advising that he is requesting a special meeting for a private attorney - client meeting with the Board of County Commissioners to discuss the case styled Paul Bross, as successor in interest to (Eric and Amanda Obloy, Bambino Land Trust dated 6-19-19) v.
