It is requested that the Board approve the cost of advertising for, and the scheduling of a special meeting for a private attorney-client session on Tuesday March 21, 2023, at noon, or at the end of the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, whichever comes first, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing litigation strategy and settlement negotiations in the case of J. Patrick Schirard, as Trustee of the J. Patrick Schirard Premarital Assets Revocable Living Trust Dated June 15, 2001 v. Brevard County, Florida, Case Number 05-2022-CA-052449-XXXX-XX.
