It is requested that the Board of Adjustment conduct a public hearing to consider three variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code, for a dock and dock roof in an EU (Estate Use Residential) zoning classification.

Russell M. Scott, Jr. and Carol A. Scott request three variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62-2118(d)(5) to allow 44 sq. ft. over the 500 sq. ft. permitted for a dock roof; 2.) Section 62-2118(d)(5) to allow 134 sq. ft. over the 600 sq. ft. total coverage for a dock and roof; and 3.) Section 62-2118(d)(3) to allow 10.4 ft. over the 20% waterway width (14.9 ft.) for the projection of a dock in an EU zoning classification. The property is 0.38 acres, located on the south side of River Moorings Dr., 1,205 ft. west of Seminole Trail. (555 River Moorings Dr, Merritt Island)
