Fiscal Impact:
There will be no impact to the General Fund. It is estimated that the revenue from the first year of the lease will be $1,350.60. Subsequent years are subject to annual adjustment based on the previous 12-month Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U).

Recommendation
It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners approve and authorize:
1. The Chairman to execute a Resolution allowing the non-competitive lease of County property located at 909 Lane Avenue in Titusville, Florida, which was developed to serve the recreational, social, and wellness needs of Brevard County's senior population, to the North Brevard Senior Center, Inc., and
2. The Parks and Recreation Department Director to execute the agreement, renewals, modifications, and amendments upon approval of the County Attorney's Office and Risk Management.
A majority plus one vote of the Board is required to approve this item per Sec. 2-247, Code of Ordinances of Brevard County.
