Summary Explanation and Background:

Timothy and Denise Gannon request a variance of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code, Section 62-2118(d)(5), to permit a variance of 167 sq. ft. over the 600 sq. ft. total coverage for a dock and covered roof area in an RU-1-11 (Single-family Residential) zoning classification.  The property is 0.22 acres, located on the southeast side of Diana Blvd., 86 feet south of Ursa Ave. (285 Diana Blvd., Merritt Island)
