Summary Explanation and Background:

Timothy Scott Gannon and Denise Irene Gannon request variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows, 1.) Section 62-1340(5)(b) to allow 4.9 ft from the 5 ft separation distance required for an accessory structure; and 2.) 62-1340(5)(b) to allow for 7.4 ft from the required 7.5 ft side (northeast) setback for an accessory structure in an RU-1-11 (Single-Family Residential) zoning classification. The property is 0.22 acres located on the south side of Diana Blvd., 80 ft southwest of Ursa Ave. (285 Diana Blvd., Merritt Island)
