Recommendation
It is recommended that the Board approve the revised precinct boundaries due to annexations by the Cities of Melbourne and West Melbourne.
We also recommend the Board approve the creation of Precinct 533 for Chaparral of Palm Bay Community Development District and Precinct 534 for Everlands Community Development District.
