It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners approve and authorize the County Manager to execute the attached Fire Protection System Agreement and the attached Stormwater Maintenance Agreement

Summary Explanation and Background:
The construction of the Wickham Park Adaptive Recreation Center is nearing completion. As Wickham Park is in the City of Melbourne, the County is required to enter into a Fire Protection System Agreement and a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement with the City. These agreements will memorialize the improved plan of development, the Adaptive Recreation Center, at Wickham Park and promote the community's public health, safety, and welfare.
Parks and Recreation recommends approval of this request.
