Section 62-1341(5)(a) to permit a variance of 1.9 ft. from the required 20 ft. front setback for the principal structure; and 2.) Section 62-1341(5)(b), to permit a variance of 4.1 ft. from the required 7.5 ft side (west) setback for an accessory structure in an RU-1-9 (Single-family Residential) zoning classification. The property is 0.27 acres, located on the southwest corner of June Dr. and Mallard Rd. (6505 June Dr., Cocoa)
