Section 62-1401(5)(b), to permit a variance to have an accessory structure located in front of the principal structure; and 2.) Section 62-1401(5)(b), to permit a variance of 1.8 ft. from the required 15 ft. east side setback for an accessory structure in an RRMH-1 (Rural Residential Mobile Home) zoning classification. The parcel subject to variance is 1.82 acres, located on the south side of Peoples St., approx. 640 ft. west of International Ave. (4239 Peoples St., Mims)
