It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners accept the attached Warranty Deed and Bill of Sale.

Summary Explanation and Background:

The subject property is located in Section 20, Township 26 South, Range 36 East, east of Pineda Boulevard and West of Stadium Parkway in Viera.

The Viera Company established the Sedero Cove and Sierra Cove at Addison Village Phases 4 and 5 by plat, recorded in Plat Book 70 at Page 15. The Plat contained a County dedication of Tract X for the purpose of County owned Lift Station W31. In order to provide coverage for the force main line, additional property is needed. The attached Warranty Deed will convey the additionally needed parcel. The attached Bill of Sale formally conveys the related force main infrastructure that is to be County owned and maintained.

The User Department approves this request.

This acquisition follows the policies and procedures as set forth in Administrative Order 37.
