It is requested that the Board of Adjustment conduct a public hearing to consider variances for accessory structures in an RU-1-9 (Single-Family Residential) zoning classification.

Summary Explanation and Background:

Gail Diffendorfer Revocable Trust requests variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows, 1.) Section 62-2123(a), to permit a variance of 2.5 ft. from the required 5 ft rear setback for a swimming pool screen enclosure; and 2.) Section 62-1341(5)(b), to permit a variance of 3.6 ft. from the required 7.5 ft. rear setback for an accessory structure (shed) in an RU-1-9 (single-family Residential) zoning classification.  The property is 0.52 acres, located on the north side of Belmont Ave., 340 feet west of N. Indian River Dr. (130 Belmont Ave., Cocoa)
