It is requested that the Board of Adjustment conduct a public hearing to consider four variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code, for accessory structures in a TR-2 (Single-Family Mobile Home) zoning classification.

Summary Explanation and Background:

Catherine Louise Abernethy Revocable Trust and Joy Ann Malloy (Joan E. Carey) request four variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62-1403(5)(b) to allow a detached accessory structure forward of the principal structure; 2.) Section 62-1403(5)(B) to allow 3 ft. from the required 10 ft. side setback for an accessory structure; 3.) Section 62-2100.5(1)(a) to allow one additional accessory structure over the two allotted; and 4.) Section 62-1403(5)(b) to allow 1.2 ft. from the required 5 ft. separation distance of an accessory structure and the principal structure in a TR-2 zoning classification. The property is 0.50 acres, located on the west side of Cedar Lake Dr., approximately 852 ft. north of Broadway Blvd. (5932 Cedar Lake Dr, Cocoa)
