Summary Explanation and Background:

The subject property is located in Section 19, Township 26 South, Range 37 East, on the south side of Pineda Causeway, east of North Wickham Road, and west of US Highway 1 in Melbourne.

Brevard County has submitted site plan number 23SP00038 for review and approval for the construction and expansion of the Brevard County Transportation Management Center at 2925 Pineda Causeway, Melbourne, FL. The User Department approves this request.

This proposed conveyance follows the policies and procedures as set forth in Administrative Order 37.
