Fiscal Impact:
If approved, a total of $2.4 million in Transportation Impact Fees will be utilized for the project listed below. As outlined in the ILA and Cost-Share Agreement respectively, the School Board and The Viera Company shall contribute $500,000 each towards this project. Additionally, if approved in the State of Florida's Budget, up to an additional $250,000 in funding will be appropriated towards this project. The County shall fund the remaining portion of the project with any additional funding coming back to the Board for reallocation within the Central Mainland Benefit District.

It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners take the following actions regarding the signalization of Stadium Parkway and Cuddington Drive intersection:
1) approve the disbursement of $2,400,000 in Transportation Impact fees in accordance with the recommendations prepared by the Transportation Impact Fee Technical Advisory Committee of Central Benefit District;
2) approve and authorize the County Manager to execute the attached Interlocal Agreement with the School Board for $500,000 for its contribution to the project;
3) approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Cost-Share Agreement with The Viera Company for $500,000 to offset the cost increase from a span-wire to a mast arm configuration;
