It is requested that the Board of Adjustment rescind Resolution 26V00034.

Summary Explanation and Background:

Michael A. and Heather M. Shannon applied for two variances which were heard before the Board of Adjustment on the 17^th day of June 2026. The Board of Adjustment denied the variances in Resolution 26V00034. However, due to procedural errors by the Board during the hearing, it is recommended that Resolution 26V00034 be rescinded.
