Summary Explanation and Background:

Aubri Lucille Williamson requests variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62-1372(5)(c)(1) to allow 8.2 ft. from the required 25 ft. front setback; and 2) Section 62-1372(5)(c)(2) to allow 0.2 ft.  from the required 20 ft. rear setback for a principal structure in a RU-2-10 (Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential) zoning classification, the property is currently zoned RU-1-9 (Single-Family Residential) zoning classification. The property is 0.17 acres located on the southeast corner of Franklyn Ave. and N. Palm Ave., approximately 1,000 ft. west of Hwy A1A. (125 Franklyn Ave., Indialantic)
