Alexander and Alexandra Barboza request a variance of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code as follows; 1.) Section 62-1334(5)(b) to allow an accessory structure to be located in the front of the front building line of the principal structure in an AU (Agricultural Residential) zoning classification. The property is 1.02 acres located on the south side of Peppertree Street, 612 ft. west of Bahia Street. (4405 Peppertree St., Cocoa)
