In accordance with Section 62-2841(i), it is requested that the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat approval and authorize the Chair to sign the final plat for Brevard Medical City P.U.D.

Summary Explanation and Background:

Brevard Medical City P.U.D. is a minor commercial subdivision located on the east side of N. Wickham Road, approximately ¼ mile north of Jordan Blass Drive. The proposed minor subdivision consists of 2 lots on approximately 6.4 acres.

 

Section 62-2805(d) states that subdivisions that do not require the creation of new streets or rights-of-way and are not located in a flood zone may be reviewed under an application for final plat review and approval. Staff has reviewed the plat for Brevard Medical City P.U.D. and has determined that it complies with the applicable ordinances. Potable water for the property is provided by the City of Cocoa, and sanitary sewer is provided by Brevard County.

 

This approval is subject to minor engineering changes as applicable. Board approval of this project does not relieve the developer from obtaining all other necessary jurisdictional permits.
