Peerless Vision Properties, LLC (Romia Goff) request two variances of Chapter 62, Article VI, Brevard County Code, as follows: 1.) Section 62-2109(d), to permit a variance of 1 ft. over the 4 ft. maximum height for a boundary fence on a double frontage lot; and 2.) Section 62-1483 to permit a variance of 15 ft. from the required 25 ft. setback for a structure on a double frontage lot in a BU-2 zoning classification. The property is 0.76 acres, located on the southwest corner of Magnolia Ave. and W. Merritt Cswy. (455 Magnolia Ave, Merritt Island)
