PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Kim Adkinson led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
H.1. Adoption of a Resolution establishing user fees for FY 2025-2026 for the
Melbourne-Tillman Water Control District
Commissioner Goodson called for a public hearing establishing user fees for Fiscal Year
2025-2026 for the Melbourne-Tillman Water Control District.
There being no comments or objections, the Board executed and adopted Resolution No.
25-082, approving the User Fees for the Melbourne-Tillman Water Control District for Fiscal
Year 2025-2026 as follows:
•Residential remains at $25.00 per acre or portion thereof;
•Agriculture remains at $8.50 per acre or portion thereof; and
•Commercial remains at $52.50 per acre or portion thereof.
Upon consensus of the Board, the meeting adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
