Summary Explanation and Background:
Staff has prepared a Memorandum of Understanding between Brevard County and external governmental agencies (municipalities, Charter Offices, School Board, etc) to publish legal notices and advertisements on the Brevard County website as allowed and authorized under HB7049. The Memorandum of Understanding establishes terms and a rate structure for public notifications, and authorizes the County Manager to sign these MOUs on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
