Fiscal Impact:
Total grant revenue of $7,800,808.00. The local match requirement is met by the previously approved project budgets by the Board from the Save Our Indian River Lagoon Trust Fund (1260). The South Beaches Zone A project (District 5) was awarded $1,165,236.00. The project has an approved budget of $1,959,000.00. The South Central Zone A project (District 2) was awarded $3,370,572.00 The project has an approved budget of $5,482,500.00. The South Central Zone D project (District 4) was awarded $1,025,500.00. The project has an approved budget of $4,774,500.00. The Micco Sewer Extension Line project (District 3) was awarded $2,239,500.00 The project has an approved budget of $2,239,500.00.

Recommendation
It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners 1) approve entering four grant contracts for the listed Septic to Sewer projects; 2) authorize the Chair to execute these grant contract subject to approval by Risk, Purchasing, and the County Attorney's Office; 3) authorize the County Manager to execute any future amendments to these contracts; and 4) authorize the County Manager to approve related budget change requests.
