Summary Explanation and Background:
Approval of the issuance of the attached limited general obligation bond resolution is required to initiate the validation process for the Environmentally Endangered Lands Bonds, which were approved by referendum election in November 2022. This resolution approves the issuance of limited general obligation bonds from time to time but does not authorize the issuance of any particular series of bonds.
