It is requested the Board of County Commissioners approve the District appointment(s) / reappointment(s). Mr. DeDonatis is the CEO and a Board member for the United States Specialty Sports Association, Inc. which is the parent company to USSSA, LLC. USSSA, LLC periodically receives TDT funds in connection with their operation of the USSSA sports stadium under an existing contract with the County. No conflict disclosure or waiver is required for the existing contract, however a waiver may be required for future contracts. The Board’s approval of this item will acknowledge the District Commissioner appointments and approve-at-large appointments.
