Section 62-1945(d), to permit a variance of 10 ft. from the required 25-ft. setback from the eastern property line; 2.) Section 62-1945(d), to permit a variance of 15 ft. from the required 25-ft. setback from the southern property line, in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning classification. The property is 6.46 acres, located at the end of Old Glory Blvd., approx. 0.2 mile east of Murrell Rd. (1600 Old Glory Blvd., Melbourne)
