It is requested that the Board approve the cost of advertising for, and the scheduling of, a private session on April 19, 2022, at the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of County Commissioners pursuant to section 286.011(8), Florida Statute, for the purpose of discussing litigation strategy and settlement negotiations in the case of Rachel M. Sadoff v. Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida, et al, Case No. 05-2019-CA-058736.
