It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners table the adoption of a text amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to add a Property Rights Element, and to change the Table of Contents to include this Element, to the December 2, 2021, Zoning meeting.

Summary Explanation and Background:
The Local Planning Agency was scheduled to hear the Property Rights Element on October 25, 2021, but failed to have a quorum, and therefore did not make a recommendation.
The Local Planning Agency will meet on November 15, 2021, and will make a recommendation.
