Recommendation
It is recommended that the Board authorize the County Manager to execute the below Department of Revenue Forms on behalf of the County. Included in this authorization is the authority and obligation to assemble all components of the “TRIM Compliance Package” and to transmit the same to the appropriate Department of Revenue authorities.

• Forms DR-422DEBT, “Certification of Final Voted Debt Millage”
The above action empowers and obligates the County Manager to do what is necessary to complete the administrative actions required to prove “Truth in Millage” and legislative property tax reform compliance with the Florida Department of Revenue.
