In accordance with Section 62-2841(i), it is requested that the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat approval and authorize the Chair to sign the final plat for Addison Park.

Summary Explanation and Background:
The Addison Park subdivision contains two lots and does not require the creation of new streets or right-of-way. Site plans are under review for the two lots, which will be developed as Addison Park Retail and the PACII Ivanhoe Apartments. Staff has reviewed the final plat and has determined that it is in compliance with all applicable ordinances.
The Addison Park subdivision is located in the Viera DRI, west of Lake Andrew Drive, south of Ivanhoe Drive. The proposed subdivision is for two lots and a tract on 16.65 acres.
This approval is subject to minor engineering changes as applicable. Board approval of this project does not relieve the developer from obtaining all other necessary jurisdictional permits.
