Fiscal Impact:
FY 20/21: The $10,000.00 in unexpended funds from the Carpenter Road Sidewalk project is held in Fund 1230 which is a part of the Brevard County Public Works Department budget.
The $64,187.00 in unexpended funds for Grissom Bypass Lane project are held in Fund 1230. The $50,00,00.00 in unexpended funds from the Fox Lake Sidewalk and Feasibility Study project and $123,089.00 in interest for a total of $247,276.00. These funds will be reappropriated to the recommended projects below.

It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners consider approval of the project funding recommendations in the amount of $1,600,000.00 as prepared by the Technical Advisory Committee for the North Mainland Benefit District on June 8, 2021; and authorize the Budget Office to execute any budget change requests necessary for implementing these appropriations.

The Technical Advisory Committee for the North Mainland Benefit District met on June 8, 2021 and unanimously adopted the project funding recommendations itemized below. The Technical Advisory Committee for the North Mainland Benefit District consists of one representative from the City of Titusville and Brevard County.

Project Funding Recommendations:

1. Appropriate $152,724.00 in impact fees for the Temple Avenue dirt road paving-surveying, engineering, and permits. $47,276.00 will be reallocated from existing projects. This project will be administered by Brevard County;

2. Appropriate $200,000.00 in impact fees for the Seville Avenue dirt road paving-surveying, engineering, and permits. This project will be administered by Brevard County;
